Turtle in Eel Gardenwater-based oils on canvas; original 30"x24"
This was a beautiful dive in the Eel's garden in Dahab, Sinai. The eels would slowly peek out from the sandy slope. They looked like long strings and moved in harmony with the rhythm of the waves and sunlight rays coming from above. A turtle flew by in the blue green water and I wanted to remember this magical moment for years to come, so I painted it. Back to Main Gallery |
