Shipping and Returns
Shipping policy:
The default shipping option for Domestic Shipping in the United States is standard, taking between 3 and 7 business days to arrive.
Other options are available, such as Overnight shipping. Please email me if you prefer to upgrade to Overnight shipping.
Please remember I live in Hawaii, on the island of Maui in the middle of the Pacific, so "overnight" truly means up to three days delivery to the mainland. If the destination address is on the west coast, it will naturally take less time, but in any case, up to three days to arrive.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic standard shipping in the United States will be calculated at checkout. This cost includes shipping cost, shipping materials, handling, and mostly insurance. I work with a professional and reliable postal shop on island. It may cost some more, but it is the most guarantee I can provide for a quick and safe delivery.
How long will each shipping method will typically take?
Depends on your preferred method of shipping and destination. Domestic shipping in the United States normally take between 3 and 7 business days. Handling time between when an order is placed and when it gets shipped:
Please allow between 1-2 business days. In some cases, I can do same day shipping if needed, but please place your order before or by 12pm HST, to allow time to process and ship it out.
Orders must be placed before or by 12pm HST to be counted as placed during that business day.
In general, no restrictions to where I can deliver. However, high-end shipping usually requires signature at time of delivery. That will not happen when sending to a P.O. Box. If preferred, you can waive the signature requirement at times, but that will put the responsibility on you.
What about International Shipping?
I can ship anywhere in the world. International shipping rates depend on the destination. Please contact me at galitbreman@gmail.com and I can provide a quote for international shipping and insurance. I use a service that is safe even if it is a bit more to pay - you get high quality for what you pay for!

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, as long as the item has not been worn or damaged. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
You have up to 30 days to ship back and return an item. I offer returns for customized orders as well.

I can do a credit towards when you buy next time, or replacement. Please contact me, and I will do my best to accommodate.
Who pays for shipping to return the product:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
