Handmade Sterling silver Dreidel with a round Red Garnet
Dreidels are one of the most ancient toys. Children play it on Hanukkah holiday for chocolate coins according to the Hebrew letter the dreidel stops spinning on.
The letters: "Noon" letter (for Nes = miracle),
"Gimel" letter ( for Ga-dol = Big),
"Hey" letter (for Haya = was),
"Shim" letter (for "Sham" = there).
Meaning: A big miracle happened there (in Israel). When the dreidel is physically made in Israel, it will be "Peh" letter (for Poh = here) instead of "Shin" letter for Sham = there.
This is a one of a kind handmade Galit Dreidel Judaic piece. Inspired by original Henna Mehndi Tattoo designs translated into precious metal. Red Garnet (about 3 carats) is about love in your heart and forgiveness, especially towards yourself.
